How to buy a ticket with a promo code?

Using a promo code when purchasing a ticket for our events is a simple process—just follow the steps below to receive your discount.

Step-by-step instructions:

Step 1: Select a ticket

On the event page, select the ticket type and quantity, then click the ‘Buy Ticket’ button.

Step 2: Enter the promo code

In the cart, before proceeding to payment, locate the field to enter a promo code.
Enter your promo code in this field and click ‘Apply’.

Step 3: Verify the discount

After applying the promo code, make sure the price has changed. The amount should be recalculated automatically.

Step 4: Complete the purchase

Fill in your contact details, choose a convenient payment method, and complete the purchase.

What to do if the promo code doesn’t work?
Possible reasons: the promo code has expired, it was entered incorrectly, or it does not apply to the selected ticket type.
