Privacy Policy and Personal Data Processing
This Privacy Policy and Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) applies to all information that the Organizer of the event “International Trade Day” and/or its affiliates may obtain about the user during their use of the website https://idt-forum.ru/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).
The Organizer of the event refers to the Limited Liability Company “Kamerton +” (OGRN: 1207700239086, INN: 9721101114).
By using the Website, the User unconditionally agrees to this Policy and the conditions of processing the information provided by them; if the User does not agree with these terms, they should refrain from using the Website.
This Policy has been developed in accordance with the requirements of paragraph 2 of part 1 of Article 18.1 of the Federal Law of July 27, 2006, No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” and defines the procedure for processing personal data of individuals and measures to ensure the security of personal data of individuals.
1. Purposes of Processing Personal Data of Users and Collected Information
1.1. The Processing of the User’s Personal Data is carried out for the following purposes:
1.1.1. To allow the User to use the Website;
1.1.2. For other purposes specified in the legal acts of the Russian Federation.
1.2. The Website collects the following information:
1.2.1. Personal data voluntarily provided by the User during registration on the Website. Personal data includes, in particular, the User’s name, email address, and phone number.

2.1.2. Information may be provided to law enforcement authorities if required by law and only in the presence of a corresponding court order. This does not change the fact that the main task of the Website is to protect User data and handle it responsibly.
3.Protection of Information
3.1. The Event Operator makes every effort to ensure the security of the Website and the User from unauthorized attempts to access, alter, disclose, or destroy the stored information.
3.2. The User acknowledges the possibility of technical malfunctions and failures in the operation of the Website and agrees that the Event Operator has no technical ability to predict their occurrence, notify the User in advance, or completely eliminate the possibility of their occurrence. The occurrence of such malfunctions or failures, regardless of the causes and consequences, cannot serve as grounds for holding the Event Operator liable.
3.3. When processing Personal Data, the Event Operator takes the necessary legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect Personal Data from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, unlawful provision, distribution of Personal Data, as well as other unlawful actions.
4.Limitation of Liability
4.1. The Event Operator does not initiate the placement of personal information when using the Website, nor does it control its accuracy and relevance. However, the Event Operator reserves the right to request confirmation of the accuracy of the information provided by the User.
4.2. The Event Operator is not responsible for the collection, storage, and processing of personal information by third-party software whose services are used on the Website.
5. Processing of the User’s Personal Data
5.1. The processing of Personal Data is carried out by the Event Operator with the User’s consent, expressed in any form that allows confirming the fact of consent. Personal data may be processed without the User’s consent only if conditions are met that allow such processing in accordance with Article 6 of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006, “On Personal Data.”
5.2. Personal data may be obtained by one of the following methods:
- Provided by the User when using the Website, including by filling out relevant forms, sending correspondence or emails to the Event Operator’s email address, etc.;
- Provided by the User in other ways;
- Obtained from third parties in cases provided for by this Policy.
5.3. The Event Operator has the right to entrust the processing of Personal Data to another party based on an agreement with that party. In this case, the agreement with the party will include an obligation to ensure all measures for the protection of Personal Data specified in this Policy.
5.4. The Event Operator performs both automated and non-automated processing of Personal Data. The Event Operator is entitled to process the User’s Personal Data in the following ways:

- Recording of Personal Data;
- Clarification (updating, modification) of Personal Data;
- Use and transfer (Provision, access) of Personal Data;
- Systematization of Personal Data;
- Anonymization of Personal Data;
- Use of anonymized Personal Data for statistical purposes;
- Blocking of Personal Data;
- Destruction of Personal Data.
5.5. The Event Operator does not process special categories of Personal Data related to racial or ethnic origin, political views, religious or philosophical beliefs, health status, or intimate life.
6. Principles of Processing the User’s Personal Data
6.1. In the processing of Personal Data, the Event Operator adheres to the following principles:
- Personal data processing is carried out on a lawful basis;
- Personal data is not disclosed to third parties or distributed without the User’s consent, except in cases provided for by this Policy and applicable legislation of the Russian Federation;
- The processing of Personal Data is limited to achieving specific, predefined, and lawful purposes;
- The merging of databases, including those containing Personal Data, whose processing is carried out for incompatible purposes, is not permitted;
- Processed Personal Data must be destroyed or anonymized upon the User’s withdrawal of consent for processing, upon achieving the processing purposes, or when the need to achieve these purposes ceases, unless otherwise provided by applicable legislation of the Russian Federation;
- The content and scope of the processed Personal Data correspond to the declared purposes of processing. The processed Personal Data is not excessive in relation to the stated goals of processing;
- When processing Personal Data, the accuracy, sufficiency, and, where necessary, relevance of the data are ensured in relation to the purposes of processing the Personal Data.
7. User Rights
7.1. The User has the right to request information regarding the processing of their Personal Data in the manner prescribed by the regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation.
7.2. The User has the right to request changes to the processed Personal Data in order to keep it up to date.
7.3. The User has the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of Personal Data, in whole or in part, at any time.
8. General Provisions
8.1. The current version of the Privacy Policy is always available on the Internet at https://idt-forum.ru/. The Event Operator reserves the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy at any time to ensure its compliance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation, as well as with the methods of processing and protecting personal data. When changes are made to the Privacy Policy, the Event Operator will notify Users by publishing the updated version of the Policy. The changes take effect from the moment of publication, unless otherwise specified at the time of publication.
